Resident Attendant Department (RA Workers)RA workers are house cats who move through the community, checking on citizens to ensure everything is in order.They take notes and record data on players and eggs, reporting their findings to the appropriate districts: For example, if an egg were sick, they would notify the Health Care or Psychological Well-Being department

Safety and Surveillance Department (G Workers)G workers are the most common NPCs. They serve as the city's law enforcers and security, frequently patrolling spawns, nearby homes, and surrounding areas.They are also stationed within labs and other ministry-owned facilities, acting as the primary line of defense.
Some workers are also under Mayor Tisorinhas’ supervision and are known for their doll-like features just like the Mayor herself.

Scientific Phenomenon Department (S Workers)S workers are foxes that operate within the science department. They are rarely seen by the public, typically appearing only in laboratory settings.However, they may be spotted during science-intensive events or with the residents and eggs who are heavily involved with the science department. There’s also a chance they’ll be seen at the hospital, sharing information with the staff there.

Fundamental Construction Department (CW Workers)CW workers are big cats like tigers, lions, and leopards.They’re often spotted around spawn, cleaning or adjusting builds, and working on large-scale projects in the area.

Law and Management Department
(LM Workers)LM workers are bunnies and rarely seen in public.They manage files and documents, functioning much like lawyers and detectives, while also overseeing events. Often working behind the scenes, and occasionally in the public eye, they help coordinate the districts involved in the creation and progress of events.

Entertainment Economy Department (E Workers)E workers are stags and are only seen around areas that are related to the Entertainment Economy Department.What makes them unique from the other workers is that there are only four of them. Four pillars of the whole entertainment district.

Financial Economy Department
(F Workers)F workers are the ones who usually deal with finance-related topics such as the banks, the economic system, etc. They also help run shops that can be seen at the plaza, which is the center of the city, together with the mall.These workers are a more diverse group and their species consist of Racoons, tanukis, red pandas, weasels, ferrets, badgers...etc.

Health Care Department and Psychological Well-Being
(D Workers)D workers are the city's doctors and are typically found at the hospital.They also make house calls upon player request. For instance, if an egg is in a coma and a parent asks for a doctor to visit for a check-up, that's where they'll go.

Chapter One: Resident AttendantsAs the city opens its door to new residents, the first successful batch of egg experiments from the ministry’s science department has been distributed to the residents with the help of Mayor Tisorinha making an adoption house near the center of Tapioca City. After a few days, a mysterious black chest was seen in front of the new parents' houses asking a few questions regarding their experience so far of being an “egg parent.”Later on, it was revealed that the chest and the books were from the first Minister that had been introduced, which is M01-RA, the Minister of the Resident Attendant Department.
The lovely Minister was named by someone from their past called “Moira” and after that, M01-RA introduced themselves as their given name to all of the residents he met. It made the new parents a little wary of what was going to happen next as they did not know anything about this private organization that had been working in the background.However, life in Tapioca City continued like normal and the eggs were safe and secured on their parents' side.**Chapter 2: New BatchThree weeks after Batch 1 also known as Celeste, Fafnir, Crimson, and Butters, have been adopted, the science department contacted Mayor Tisorinha that a new batch of successful eggs had arrived and was ready to be distributed to the residents. Announcements had been made throughout the whole city and applications were opened. Everyone in the town prepared for their arrival.After a few days, an event organized by the Ministry was conducted where residents were given a set of clues that eventually led them to the lab where the 2nd batches of eggs were left there waiting to be rescued. With everyone's help, the eggs were rescued from the lab.
After a few hours, the residents were divided into groups where they were introduced legally by M02-LM— the minister of law and management department, to the egg experiments that they were assigned to take care of moving forward.The next day, the ministry prepared a set of tasks to help all of the eggs and the newly settled parents to form a relationship and establish bases/areas where all of them could visit or live to take care of the little ones.**Chapter 3: The FoxA few weeks passed and everyone had formed a bond with the newly arrived eggs and was now familiar with their new lifestyle. A few eggs have lost their first lives due to some “Unfortunate” incidents that lead some parents to be cautious and protective of their given eggs.
Little did they know that the danger was not only for the eggs but also for some residents as well.After being in the shadows for quite some time and mainly working inside the labs, the Minister of Scientific Phenomenon, also known as the science department has grown more active around in public spaces in Tapioca City due to his interest in some of the residents. His thirst for knowledge couldn't be stopped by anyone, not even from people inside the ministry, hence why he could do anything that he wanted to do. Even if it meant taking people away to make them his lab rats.This behavior left the Science Department a bad reputation and the residents have grown more wary of them, fearing for their own lives and their eggs’ lives.**Chapter 4: InvestigationThe suspicion against the said minister and his department didn’t disappear very quickly due to some residents going missing and Penn, one of the eggs, losing life inside one of their laboratories. Others started their investigations in M03-SP and the science department, mainly focusing on how they operate and where the residents are kept. At the same time, some of the other residents have just chosen to focus on their safety and the protection of their eggs.Unfortunately, the residents were unsuccessful after a few weeks of trying to uncover the mystery of the said minister and the department itself. Some of them were even chased down by the guards, who were supposed to protect them, whenever they got near the laboratory premises.**Chapter 5: HopeAmidst all that chaos, hope sprung for the residents, and peace was restored for a short time. A new mysterious egg called “Rouge” at that time, escaped one of the laboratories of the science department and sought help from the other residents to rescue the people who were locked and left behind in the same facility. Afterwards, the science department has been inactive since then, as if they are back in the shadows waiting for the perfect time to show themselves again.Two new ministers were introduced to the residents and they were named “Momo” and “Scout” by the residents who had seen them (M08-PW is “Momo” - Minister for Psychological Well-Being;
M07-HC is “Scout” - Minister of Health Care)
The Ministers have shown great care to Residents and Eggs. Often checking their well-being and even preparing small events and activities that help parents and their eggs have a family bonding.**Chapter 6: The EndUnfortunately, peace wasn’t meant to last long in Tapioca City.
Behind the Ministry and the Mayor’s back, M03-SP worked on a project that involved tampering with “The End” dimension:
“Project Zero”
M03-SP only worked closely with his couple of hand-picked workers involving this project. No one knows when he started this, how did it even got passed to the other ministers, or how long has it been since he started it but it is there. Time passed and the project remained a dark secret of the science department. But because of the unstable energy sources that is coming from “The End” dimension, The Fox finally decided to close it.However, his action caused cataclysmic energy to leak back into the overworld after years of this ongoing project being left unnoticed, inevitably rifts opened in the overworld.**Chapter 7: The FeastAfter tampering with “The End” dimension multiple times and causing more world rifts to open in the overworld, he finally realized that Project Zero has become impossible to hide from the general public due to its destructive activity. He decided to embrace his mistake and celebrate it as if it were a successful result of his chaotic morals. Beelzebub, being the fox that he is, organized an event called “The Feast”, playfully naming it after the rift’s world-eating actions, and invited everyone, including the ministry who were not aware of what he had been doing this recent years.
It was apparent to the ministry that the damage that had been done right under their nose was now warranted as irreversible.They were forced to barter with the fox to come up with a solution. They figured since he’d had many years of research and documentation regarding the end, that he was the only one who knew a way out. The fox, seeing it as an opportunity to secure his place in the ministry, made a deal. And so he pointed out the answer to the ministry’s recent disaster. The rift itself. It may be consuming the world as they know it, but it all had to go somewhere, no? The rift is suspected to transport everyone to ‘the other side’, hopefully, all in one piece.. What other choice do they have?**Chapter 8: Into the New WorldThe oblivious residents attended the party with great enthusiasm as they thought that the party was organized for them, while some attended with worry as they were fully aware of the sly fox, and some saw it as an opportunity to continue their investigation. The feast went well and the residents still don’t have a single idea of what’s about to happen. M03-SP has invited everyone to a room that has various buttons on it. He made sure that they would all fall into his trap.Without a single thought of what could happen, the resident pressed the button and everyone fell into their deep slumber.
The Ministry started preparing the new world for the residents and making sure that their travel from one world to another would be smooth.
